The two ports
Volos (Βόλος)
The port is run by OLV S.A. (Port of Volos). All passenger traffic uses the central pier, which also houses the Port Authority and OLV, and has a car park. The pier is about 200 m from the city centre, and the railway station is about 300 m from the port limits. Besides the Sporades, Volos has sea links to Trikeri, Agios Konstantinos and Thessaloniki.
